I am a stay at home mom. My daughter started catching beetles and millies on our porch when she was younger than 2. I would look them up to identify them as harmless or harmful, because I didn't know much about it. I fell in love with arthropods when I learned more about them.

The more I learn about arthropods, the more interesting they become to me. I suppose I will never be bored when I could just go outside and find something new to me, almost every time!

The care of my pets and learning about inverts of all kinds.

I have been very interested in my local arthropods. I like to take in certain bugs that I find outdoors and sometimes indoors as well. If I think I can keep it alive, I modify a container for it/them. :)
