One of my Hissers gave birth a few days before Christmas, so I thought I'd share some photos.

My Hisser tank.  On the menu are carrots, dry cat food, cheerios, and pellet fish food.  The substrate is wheat bran.  I started with 6 adults (1 male, 5 females) in August.  So far, I've had two females give birth.

A few adults, nymphs from a brood in October, and the newborn.  The rest are under the cone next to the dry food bowl.

Another gravid female.  I think I need to turn down the heat.

Freshly molted juvenile.
