Roach problem! (help?)

so i got three hissing roaches from my mum as a holiday gift, and i've been caring for them for a good three weeks now, but i can't be sure where they came from.. . cause they were a gift. they're all female, and two of them are doing really well. however, the one has gone and lost half of her antenna (on each), which at first didn't bother me, cause i've heard that's fairly common. but then yesterday i was looking at her closer and realized that she's missing the last tarsal segment on two o... New Hisser Stock!

Today was the New York Metro Reptile Expo. I had a great day as always; it was a big supply-purchase day as I'm revamping 55g, 30g, and 20g vivariums. I got some great deals on cork bark, feeders, etc. but more importantly, got nine new hissers for breeding stock! I got mostly black morphs as well as some very dark hissers with lighter banding. Decisions Decisions

So I only have about 10 hissers, maybe less. Only 2 of them are female. I think I am going to breed 2 of them. Both my females are black morph, so I am not sure if I want to make more blacks or see what I can come up with if I breed a black and an orange. Not sure which female either, Stumpy or my other girl. Maybe I will choose Chico or Zeus to be the daddy? Not sure. Decisions decisions.... Read More
