Just wanted to let you know I'm wanted for murder..... Yup about 50 or so victims yesterday 20 today. Can anyone guess their name?

VEGETARIAN SPIDER!!!!!

Believe it or not, a vegetarian spider has been discovered! Named Bagheera kiplingi after the panther in Kipling's "The Jungle Book", it is apparently in the Jumping Spider family. Not only is it a vegetarian, it actually uses its hunting skills to acquire the buds of the Acacia trees that are guarded by symbiotic ants. Unreal. Presentation Review

Last night I did a presentation and I ended up with only 1 true audience member. 1 mother and 2 of her sons, bTW she is also the mother of the audeince member. I had a bunch of people decide to pop in and visit with the animals and ask me questions. Which is okay, but serisously I was a little disappointed. Yeah, it stunk. Basically, I threw the presentation out the window and just did a discussion as I moved down on the table and we tried to look at all the critters in my collection. So y... Read More
