My L. mactans  sac hatched yesterday! Is the sac supposed to look the same??? It's darker but it still looks full and uncut...

i think that the reason Diego is having probs takedown wise is because, everyone of his opponents know that he likes the ground and pound. to fight a guy like him you have to train heavy on the back, sprawl,balance and all around takedown defense! i like his aggressive mind set, to me it almost rivals Wanderlei Silva's fight nature! he doesn't possess an undeniable strength factor like a 25 year old Matt Hughes, where at that age Hughes was the takedown master. if Hughes' had grasp of you... you were going down! i also think that Diego's opponents screw themselves by training for Diego the ground artist instead of Diego the mixed martial artist and that's when he wins by KO... Fioravantti and Riggs!

what do you think of Rory Markham and Brad Blackburn debut on July 19? and also Anderson Silva at 205?

i believe Quinton to have the best on the feet...powerful puncher with both hands and takedown defense plus i have him stronger in a clinch! Forrest has the submission advantage and great go power...cardio! Forrest has a better ground game i believe. both are good wrestlers, i believe if Forrest can withstand a beaten for 3 rounds he may have a chance of pulling something off in the 5th. i think he(Forrest) will have trouble taking him to the ground and pounding Quinton out, Dan Henderson couldn't accomplish it and he's GOOD! i think Quinton will stay out of submissions and put Forrest in some trouble from mount or half-mount, because if Forrest tries to pull off anything from his back it's a possibility he could end up like Arona- a submission machine. i expect a great fight!

should be good ones!
