Was born in Salinas, CA. Moved to Flagstaff, AZ when I was 6. Like it a lot, never knew AZ could be so cold. (I like the heat) Moved to Prescott Valley, AZ in 2003. Love it there. I wouldn't live anywhere else but AZ. I'm moving around a lot now because I'm in the Navy. I have only been on the west coast. Have a bother and sister. My dad is as crazy about reptiles as I am with inverts.

I've liked bugs for as long as I can remember. Love to collect them. Hiking, biking, running. Love day collecting and night collecting. Favorite place to collect inverts is southeastern Arizona. By far the best I believe for inverts. Everyone should try to visit it sometime. Have MV lamp and UVA lights for night collecting. Have lots of bioquip equipment too. Can never have too many insect books.

Inverts is by far my biggest hobby. I enjoy paintball. Can talk and talk about sport cars. Watch Hockey all the time. My most favorite sport hands down. Do like reptiles too, kinda rubbed off on me from my dad. Just like going out and look for inverts. If I knew how many days I had left to live I would spend it with family and looking for inverts.

Don't have a lot right now cause I'm traveling. At my home I have a AZ mountain kingsnake, 4 madera alligator lizards. (my favorite) A Venezuelan suntiger Tarantula. (Psalmopoeus irminia) A vinegaroon. And 2 AZ blonde tarantulas. Both are female that I caught. Not much else. When I was home, I had about 30 inverts and a few reptiles. My favorite insects to keep is mantids. I also like centipedes, scorpions, walkingsticks, Spiders, beetles.

I have not done a lot of breeding with insects. Would like to work with the Jewel Scarabs that we have in AZ. Gloriosa, Beyeri, and Lecontei. I have with one special species. Curicta pronotata is a species of water scorpions that only live in AZ. Not a lot is known about them and are not in any field guides. I would like to do some my breeding with them and get some research done. Have had good success with them. Just can't do a lot cause I'm moving around.

As of right now nothing. Will might be able to provide Chrysina gloriosa, beyeri, and lecontei in the future.

I am currently in the U.S. Navy. Wanted to see the world and also see inverts. Joined the Navy cause my uncle. Pretty much told me it was the single best thing a person can do for themselves. So here I am. I'm loving it right now. No where else I would rather be.
